1 can of garbanzo beans (try them mike! you may like these!)
1 tb lemon juice
2 tb Italian dressing
puree in a blender till its a smooth, thick consistency. Save the liquid from the beans to add to the blender if needed. This is amazing with pita chips or crackers and can be used as a healthy alternative to mayo.

So is this a food blog of the Matthew Hydes or the whole Hyde clan? Please tell me that you don't really poor Kefir over anything. It's bad enough that I let you keep it in my fridge. I know you are both soooo healthy but I draw the line at Kefir. Love ya!
ReplyDeleteThis Hummus is great...I've had it before. I hope to read lots of strange, yummy and interesting receipes on this blog but dont bet on any posts from me because most all my receipes fall outside the rules and guidelines posted on top. Can you even buy High Fructose Corn Syrup?

I know you have some yummy healthy recipes lurking in that kitchen of yours! Maybe we could try some recipes with this really delicious fruit that we get a lot of over here, it's called an apple and it's delicious! :) yes, high fructose corn syrup is in EVERYTHING! I bet it's in 90% of what the average person buys at the store. But i'm sure you have some healthy recipes...what about your DIVINE bacon, spinach, strawberry salad!!! You got me hooked on that one!
